Attached is a revised schedule of the drive for week 4 – starting Monday 10/21/2013 to Sunday 10/27/2013. Please note that this drive will go until Friday November 1, 2013. We initially scheduled a 25 day drive but always had in mind that we could extend to 31 days as a backup plan. This schedule is a work in progress as I told you in my previous correspondence. We have a limited amount of premium and shows for this drive. We are going to try a few new premiums this coming week and based on their success we will modify the schedule accordingly. My objective is to reduce the repeat of shows that are making us a lot of money by other successful shows to break the monotony. I encourage you to send me suggestions ASAP.
Thom Hartman will air on WBAI from Monday to Friday between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM and will have premiums to pitch. Let me give you an update on this drive. As of yesterday October 18, 2013 we had $355,356.00 of pledges of which $253,405.00 has already been collected for a 71.3% fulfillment rate in the middle of the drive. We are technically $2,223.68 off target as of yesterday. We are averaging about $27,000.00 per day. If we keep this rate we will most definitely meet our budget goal and have extra fund to meet some of our previous obligations.
