The Pacifica Foundation has published a “bylaws comparison grid” to aid people in understanding the many permutations of the bylaws proposals at this time. It is notable that WBAI is never mentioned in this document. The reason is that the WBAI Local Advisory Board has spent its time dragging its feet, not filing recommendations, going against the WBAI listening area's Bylaws Subcommittee and pushing the so called “Constituency Model” even after it was rejected by the rest of Pacifica.
