It has been reported that former majority member, and former Pacifica Foundation Treasurer, Wendell Johns has resigned from the interim Pacifica National Board. This would give the former dissidents a super majority of 9 or 10 to four on any future votes. This is important because according to the settlement agreement reached in December 2001, they would be able to pass any motions they pleased and would not have to submit them to the judge for a decision.
