Motion Setting the Schedule of LSB Meetings

The following motion was passed by the WBAI LSB at its meeting on January 21, 2009.

“That the LSB schedule regular meetings for 7:00 p.m. the second Wednesday of every month except February, March, April and May, as finance committee meetings have been set for those nights. In February, March, April, and May, the board will meet on the third Wednesday. If the board schedules an additional regular meeting in any month, it will be set on the last Thursday of that month.”

The part of the motion that reads, ... except February, March, April and May, as finance committee meetings have been set for those nights, refers to conditions set only for the year 2009, when the WBAI local Finance Committee had already scheduled meetings for the second Tuesday of those months.
