Dear Candidates, Board Members, and others
I'm sorry for the delay in this information but I wanted to get the details hammered and confirmed before sending out any information.
We will be tallying the ballots on Monday, March 31st from 9 AM to 5 PM.
We will be doing this at the Department of Labor at 345 Hudson Street. If you want to observe, please give me your name by Wednesday. I will be sending the list of observers to Dan Silverman on Thursday morning so we can get through security. Send it to this e-mail address please.
Caleb Klepner from True Ballot, Incorporated will be helping me with the vote count.
I will be picking up the ballots from storage on Monday morning at 8:15 AM. If you wish to join me at the storage facility the address is 220 South Street (corner of Catherine Slip) It is a Manhattan Mini-Storage facility. If anyone has a car and can then drive me and the ballots to the DOL space at Hudson Street that would be very appreciated. There are 6 boxes.
