There are a lot of issues that we can't talk about on the air at WBAI. But there is an internet list called "Free Pacifica!" which you can subscribe to, and these issues are discussed there. If you subscribe to it you will receive, via E-mail, messages which are sent to that list. You will also be able to send messages to the list.

If you want to subscribe to the Free Pacifica! list just click on this link and send a message containing only the word "subscribe" and you'll be subscribed. Could open your eyes a little bit.

The imbeciles at the United States Postal Service can't even deliver the mail on time, but they want to get into the E-mail business now. The Times has a piece on this.

If you'd like to make a comment to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, Commerce about this go right ahead.

Saving Private Ryan was certainly an interesting movie. The more spectacular things didn't impress me all that much because I've seen some of it my youth. There were a bunch of technical flaws in the movie, such as the wrong ammo for the machine guns, prop ammo with no primers, and some other stuff, but it was a compelling movie. I wasn't so much moved by that stuff most people were moved by. It was the more subtle stuff that got to me. Brought back memories of Viet Nam.

On the Internet Movie Database some folks have commented on it.

Pickles of the North has made some "Saurian Brandy."

Regular listener and letter writer ESQUIZITO wants to let you know when he's playing.
